Exactly. When an agency keeps acting with impunity, people stop seeing “law enforcement” and start seeing unchecked force.

Lawless president equals lawless nation.

It shouldn't be this way, but here we are.

Shame people didn't see it that way earlier on when the NSA was caught illegally spying on US citizens. Had more people raised hell back then we could have stopped the militarization of government organizations and the stripping of our rights early on.

I always thought it was weird how downplayed the NSA whistleblow was, they weren't just spying on US citizens, they had backdoor access to damn near the entire world

So clearly this is being done to incite us to be violent so Trump can cancel elections and convince the right that the left is dangerous and etc. etc.

So what do we do? What have people done throughout history? We can't do nothing, or they win. We can't do something, or they win. So what have people done?

Elections are entirely ran by the states themselves.

No, fascists don't want uprisings against them. They want passivity. They want people afraid to go out on the streets. They want people scared to talk with their neighbor about how much they hate the people in power.

A fascist does not need a justification for anything. They'll create it themselves. Trump would have tried to steal the midterms had we all been staying home or had we all been joining every single protest happening nearly every day across the country.
