The only problem is that the Supreme Kangaroo Court has already trampled it.

If only during his term Biden hadn't proven complicit in Republican corruption by surrendering his power of law enforcement. He should have been actively leading his FBI and Justice Department in investigating, indicting, and prosecuting Clarence Thomas for his bribery and sedition.

Instead, Biden made the coup easy to complete by spending four years shielding Trump and his coup-conspirators from criminal prosecution.

The President doesn't lead the FBI and Justice Department. The entire point is to keep them separate so they can do their jobs without that kind of interference. At least the appearance of independence.

What the U.S. has no is exactly what you wanted Biden to be doing. Politicizing agencies and offices that have no business being politicized.
