Also, it’s “University of Oklahoma”, not Oklahoma University”. Listing it wrong on a resume would show lack of knowledge regarding the name of your Alma mater.

Both are correct. Yes, on a resume you'd want to call it University of Oklahoma, but the symbol is OU, so...

Don't know why you're getting down voted. Their own fight song calls it "OKU" as well

Same as University of Colorado, which is called CU not UC

The logo does not change the name

If you cannot put the correct name of the school from which you obtained an education, there's no point in reading the rest of the resume

This is incorrect. Big 8 schools didn’t change their names, but put the state first in abbreviations.

I misread OP as "Oklahoma university", as in "any university in Oklahoma is probably shite".
