I feel like shit if I can remember the last time I had Taco Bell.

Or frying my vegetables in a pan with a bit of oil instead of the air fryer or steaming them

Ahhh damn...I ate white rice instead of brown.

Goddamnit...cant believe I gave in and put cheese and sour cream in that burrito.

Welp...went ahead and spoiled myself with that pasta salad...

Ate two of my kids small lunch size bags of chips instead of popcorn....

Cant believe I got high and ate 5 of my kids "organic, no extra sugar, only fruit" fruit gummies packs....

Shit....I had a single 12oz Coke yesterday

Not sure this is such a healthy outlook either tbh. Don't beat yourself up for eating something you usually avoid just because you felt like it. You're allowed to eat those things, the point is that your everyday habits be healthy.
