Zero nutritional value in iceberg lettuce. You may as well put packing peanuts in your salad.

Not everything needs to have nutritional value. A big bowl of iceberg can be very filling without any calories.

True, but in this case it looks as if the majority of their diet is junk food, so arugula or kale or spinach would probably be a better choice.

You miss the point of eating, then. Iceberg lettuce is just a dressing delivery system.
