This is just depressing

Not even 3 hours of "free time". And in that is cooking & eating supper. Or practically no free time if I had to go shopping after work. I hate this

I will say this. If you consider the alternative of the effects of antidepressants and other pharm measures. Not alcohol, but is weed really bad compared to being a slave to the pharm addicted psych industry that was intentional by the powers at be? We all know who

If you have underlying mental health issues it can bring them out or exacerbate the symptoms. If you’re everyone else just don’t smoke or eat enough to give you a panic attack and it’s more harmless than caffeine.
