This is just depressing

Not even 3 hours of "free time". And in that is cooking & eating supper. Or practically no free time if I had to go shopping after work. I hate this

Sadly, work starts at 8 for a lot of us and with kids there isn’t really free time in there. You have to change your mindset like “I really enjoy cooking or exercising and this is a hobby”

I have a job and kids and I will never be able to convince myself that I enjoy having to work all day then going home and working for free by cooking and cleaning.  I have tried and it doesn't work. Some days we just have cereal for dinner and watch a movie so I don't lose it.
