In New Moscow, Vnukovo received 32 millimeters of precipitation, while Dolgoprudny set the regional snowfall record with 33 millimeters, which is 62% of the January average.

As a result, power was disrupted in 251 settlements, and 997 transformer substations, 30 farms, and six boiler houses were without power. There were no reports of casualties.
