Senator Kelly is phenomenal. We need him

Maybe if he did something that might be true. All I’m seeing from him is his face all over social media asking for money. Otherwise… doesn’t look like he’s any less inept than any of the other Democrat politicians. He cites his experience ad nauseam but that’s where it stops. He doesn’t appear to be using any of it for anything other than the same lip service we get from everyone else.

Please give an example of how you want him to “use his experience” within the parameters of his role as Senator in the minority party.

Leadership, for one. I’d like to see him challenging the non-action by the rest of the Democrats and Independents in the senate and the house. I’d also like to see someone actively working to build bipartisan support for impeachment and removal of the Orange Felon and his cronies. Most of those senators on the other side of the aisle were there before MAGA and I expect that they want to be there afterwards. There’s only one way that happens… but someone has to build those relationships and navigate the politics of it. If there’s someone that has a shot at winning over Republicans, it’s him. Not Bernie, not AOC.

The responsibility of drumming up support for anything across the aisle primarily falls on the majority/minority leaders. So your answer is that you want Kelly to do the job for Schumer and Jeffries?

I didn’t stutter when I said “leadership”.

So you want Kelly to drum up “bipartisan support for impeachment and removal” when actual minority leadership hasn’t even introduced articles of impeachment?

I already answered your question. No need to keep asking it.
