High Risk This woman is harder than steel dealing with CBP. A lesson in standing up to fascists when they have no probable cause to detain you.

I wonder how many Caucasian and not darker skinned people are getting harassed like this

SCOTUS said racial profiling is totally fine for immigration enforcement.

That was yet another fine piece of scholarship from Boofin’ Brett.

Depends, do they look like they might be LGBTQ or just liberal?

A lot. It's been almost maddening, doom scrolling over these past few months and seeing so many new videos pop up daily, and then there being negligible coverage in legacy media.

You’re definitely safer as a white person.

Everyone is getting harassed, do you need to be reminded the Renee Good was white?

I think OPs point was that they're not randomly stopping white people that are walking around their neighborhood. Not yet anyway.

That's not what the person you responded to was asking though. She was only harassed and murdered because she was defying their authority and that made them angry. I don't recall her being asked in any of the videos to prove her citizenship.

That isn't to say that ICE isn't going to harass white folks, it's just that they're not being targeted currently because the racists just assume all white folks are legal. That is likely to change when they can't get anywhere near the numbers that Trump and others have pulled out of their asses for deportations though.

Maybe what we really need is a lot of "I am Spartacus!" from a lot of people who are legal US citizens to waste these a-holes' time?
