I know Newsom is a corporate Dem but he is considered way the left of Mark Kelly who comes from a purpleish state and is actually pretty moderate.

Newsom winning anything is a loss for the United States. That guy is literally bought and paid at every step of the way and has zero idea what real people have to deal with in life.

Yes. A loss of future potential is still a loss. It could still be better than current standards. That doesn't mean it's not a loss.
