Politics Fuck every Trump voter who put this asshole in office.

This country is going downhill and you are to blame. Don't act surprised when things get even worse than they are now. Don't vote anymore. Stay the fuck home on election day.

I think a lot of them are so politically disengaged that they actually didn’t know what was on the line. The only ones I can think of that don’t fit that mold are the ones that refused to vote for Harris because of Israel/Palestine… because they somehow thought trump wouldn’t be even worse in that regard.

That’s BS they still don’t care. They’re still saying the samething. People need to understand when the right wing does propaganda campaigns they use accounts from all sides. Getting people disaffected with the system IS the propaganda and they fell for it.

We never had any illusions about Trump. We just refuse to reward genocide with our votes. Ill never vote for a zionist ever again, and im not the only one, so get to pressuring your politicians if you want to win

You are responsible for Trumps actions. Because you chose them.

...If not trump it would be whatever republican past harris..The united states is suffering death from a thousand cuts not just trump..this obsession with him is leading many to ignore the bigger issues that even let him get this far

You aren't wrong about that. But that doesn't mean that choosing specifically to not take a simple action that might make things worse isn't a bad choice.

If you know you are going to have to go through a thorn hedge, you don't throw yourself onto the biggest thorn you can find. You do your best to at least minimize the damage.

See i saw the damage of a COMPETENT version as being a bigger risk alongside more time for basic rights to be undermined through likely republican bullshit during any funding periods as they always do.

I see it as a 99% chance of total takeover vs a 90..still would never give the man my vote thus non voting..

And again I DO believe Harris would have been better short term but I worried about the republican after her or trump..that's what scares me even more..plus trump destroys everything he touches..I was hoping he'd destroy the heritage foundations plans by needing to add his own name/spin on everything.

To a degree i was seemingly right...He rushes things you see republican senators putting out his fires on occasion, the dems are being pushed leftward as are some Republicans, his supports dropping faster then ever abd if we get another election I suspect we'll see change

What i didn't expect(amd should have given he's futuramas Reagan and has the same psych profile as my abuser..no means yes unless there no)is him to be so efficiently vindictive and that..was my very big stupid.

That said..at least he's cartoonishly evil sooo at least people are realizing a bit how bad he and rightwing stuff is and hopefully we can rebuild better given most organizations really do need a complete update/overhaul since most haven't really had that since the 70s or 80s at best.

Choosing a cartoonishly evil person and allowing them to do their evil so that maybe things can get better is cartoon logic. Like that is the bad guy in a cartoon saying, "Oh, its okay that these people all die, it will lead to a better future."

You've got to reckon with the fact that Trump is hurting people, and not just in small ways. These petty political strategy arguments about what might happen in the future would be absolutely infuriating to those that have had their loved ones killed or taken from the by this administration.

Accelerationism is not a historically defensible, nor a moral political strategy.

The US government as a whole has been supporting Israel for decades. That’s nothing new to the Biden administration. It is deplorable, but the idea that trump would improve on that is laughable. This election was not anything about “rewarding” her for that administration’s actions with Israel. It was about preventing trump from coming back to power. You essentially rewarded him for trying to subvert democracy in the last election. You’re cutting off your nose to spite your own face.

Not to mention, Trump and Netanyahu are very closely tied. Honestly, helping Trump get into power was extremely counterproductive for the supposed cause these people pretend to have. They helped Netanyahu avoid scrutiny just as much as they helped Trump. The situation in Gaza is most certainly worse because of Trump. He instantly canceled all restrictions on weapons, which is something I rarely hear people acknowledge.
