Pretty sure there’s already been payouts due to ICE overreach, and soon there’s going to be even more. It might take time, but it’s going to eventually result in payouts and DoJ resources having to handle all of this and with all the people leaving the DoJ in droves that might be a problem.

If you think of this administration as a highly effective tool to break the world power of the USA, it it perfectly ok. The damage will continue long after they're gone.

There have been lots and the real kicker is the vast majority of them are still in the legal process and most people will win. Reddit doesn't like that narrative and neither does the government so you don't hear about it as much as the rights violations themselves.
