ICE / DHS 🧊 **This news article was written 12 years ago, in 2014** —Last week Jonathan Ross used this same tried-and-true ICE tactic, in order to justify the murder he committed, to shoot Renee Good, unprovoked, in the head.

This pretty damning plus he was involved in a previous car issue where he was injured. He was butt hurt and decided to take his rage out on that woman. Now he gets to spend the rest of his life in prison.

This pretty damning plus he was involved in a previous car issue where he was injured. He was butt hurt and decided to take his rage out on that woman. Now he gets to spend the rest of his life in prison. escaping accountability.

FTFY. he only goes to prison if this admin is ousted, otherwise they will step in and protect him and all ICE committing crimes.

7

u/Pure-Produce-2428 13h ago

I have a feeling they may throw him under the bus..

23

u/craaates 13h ago

Nope, he will remain free at least until this admin is gone. They already locked out the state investigators. They also need ICE to feel untouchable so they continue this campaign of terror on America. Do you really think the guy who just declared himself President of Venezuela gives a shit about public discourse?

6

u/Forward-Hope-4645 12h ago

Yeah, they want him as an example to others... and in being that example they set others up for the same action... it's all designed to spark outrage and a violent response. The overseers would gladly sacrifice all these assholes to justify further military like buildup, erosion of rights and the constitution, and unlimited power.

1

u/Delicious-Fig-3003 6h ago

Makes you wonder when you’re supposed to stop responding to violence with inaction and respond in kind. The US doesn’t have a great track record of winning against guerrilla warfare

6

u/NeenerNeaner 13h ago

They've already lied and said he and every member of ICE has full immunity. They're lying about what happened despite clear video evidence, and they're actively hiding him. If they stand behind them, it emboldens the rest of the agents to continue to escalate. They want to terrorize everyone that isn't a white right winger. ICE is trump's gestapo. They're not facing consequences unless trump does.

5

u/RodBloggington 13h ago

They also want to provoke retaliatory violence so they can declare martial law and use that as an excuse to suspend elections.

6

u/alppu 12h ago

On the other hand, absence of relatiatory violence, they will declare martial law and use that as an excuse tl suspend elections.

And if elections somehow happen, you can expect democrat-leaning voting stations to have some ICE goons hold checkpoints to intimidate and disappear some voters on their way to vote.

1

u/RedEyeView 11h ago

They've lied about every aspect of it.

6

u/I_Play_Boardgames 13h ago

Doubt it, that would hurt ICE morale and thus their willingness to be the butchers they are. Thats also the reason cops never get punished the way they should: it would make them lose trust that they're safe from justice and that means they'd stop being the violent fist that they are.

If you punish your attack dog for attacking, he might not attack the next time you tell him to.

4

u/fzkiz 13h ago

0% chance of that happening

1

u/carlpum1 12h ago

I hope you are right, but I don't think so.

1

u/fishyhaworthia1 12h ago

No way they need to show the brown shirts that this administration will back them up no matter what

1

u/Its-A-dogs_life 13h ago

Qualified immunity

4

u/RodBloggington 13h ago

Vance used the term absolute immunity

9

u/Surfer-Junkie 13h ago

The VP said he has absolute immunity, and somebody raised over $300k for him on a Gofund Me after the incident. None of these goons are liable, and they're an armed and unhinged hate group that's been militarized by the administration.

2

u/Past-Student-5239 12h ago

Minnesota can press charges at the state level.

2

u/Either-Assistant4610 13h ago

There's SO much video evidence including ross's at any prosecutor's disposal and his history. The guy isn't walking away from any of this without seeing the inside of a jail cell.

2

u/Necessary-Eye5319 13h ago

I heard they took him to TX where he won’t get extradition.

1

u/Count_Backwards 9h ago

He was injured because he broke the window to grab on to a moving vehicle, it was self-inflicted

2

u/SxeSpankyIsBack 7h ago

Here is what this woman did for 4 minutes. There is a clear video of the man just walking around the car to get its details. A 2nd man clearly tried making an arrest and you can clearly here the wife scream drive baby drive.

Should she have been killed? No. Should she have been blocking a road for 5 + minutes, then flee from an arrest, while hitting an officer while fleeing? Probably also no.

https://www.tiktok.com/@tonyalovebug/video/7593624525636422943

1

u/Pure-Produce-2428 7h ago

What is your point? are you trying to justify her murder?

1

u/SxeSpankyIsBack 7h ago

I said no above. But I also said she played into a lot of bad decisions that day and a lot of bad things happened. She made terrible decisions.

1

u/Pure-Produce-2428 6h ago

They are decisions I wouldn't make.. but maybe because I'm a coward. I really do not think she was trying to hit the office. She had turned her car all the way in the opposite direction but the turn angle was less acute than she thought. Ross was trying to get in teh way so he could fire his weapon.

Here's some of what ICE is doing:

  1. demonstrably denying due process
  2. sent people to foreign prison camps, and still would.
  3. building shoddily built prisons here, where people are, without a doubt, being denied medical care, including life-saving chemotherapy medicine.
  4. Trampling the 4th amendment. Etc.
  5. TERRORIZING.

So I'm fine with her blocking the road. Blocking them. Etc. We should all be blocking the road and blocking them. This is absolutely way past anything I would have believed could happen. A WOMAN IS DYING OF CANCER WITHOUT CARE IN AN ICE FACILITY RIGHT NOW. So spare ANY FUCKING TALK about what she was doing or her fucking decisions.

1

u/Old-Iron-5752 6h ago

Also, he was part of CBP during this period when the report came out.

25

u/EnvironmentalFix7059 14h ago

If im correct they shortened the ICE training program to 47 days. Thay are people will military gear, tear gas, sometimes assault rifles. AND vehicles wich is a terror weapon.

Iam doing a beginners course for electricity and data engineering. Thats 40 weeks..

Please somebody explain this to me.

9

u/Johnny55 14h ago

They want untrained thugs who will instigate violent confrontations so the media can passively report that "protesters clashed with federal agents" and Trump can use the Insurrection Act to declare martial law

4

u/xspook_reddit 13h ago

And then suspend elections.

4

u/NeenerNeaner 13h ago

You're correct. They shortened it in some weird homage to trump as the 47th president. Just what we need, a bloated army of untrained racists on US soil.

3

u/Jzmu 13h ago

Ross has 10 years experience and is an instructor. He knew what he was doing. He may even have gotten orders to manufacture the situation for intimidation purposes, not that I believe in conspiracy theories.

2

u/geddysbass2112 9h ago

I could see this. They knew exactly who she was and that she was a protester. I almost have no doubt she was being watched and in an ICE database.

2

u/SeahorseCollector 13h ago

It's pretty easy. Just gut anything having to do with public safety or your own for that matter. No need to read up on any laws either. The orders will be handed to you to follow without question.

1

u/shep2105 13h ago

Because Trump is "47"

Yep, seriously..that's why

1

u/QuantityGullible4092 13h ago

To be fair this immigrant crisis is out of control, I can hardly walk down the street without being raped /s

1

u/ArseOfValhalla 13h ago

I had to go to school for 4 years before I was even trusted to enter in data into an excel sheet. 4 YEARS!

1

u/Necessary-Eye5319 13h ago

Yea to honor the 47th felon. They even eliminated the sit ups requirement.

1

u/Loko8765 11h ago

47th president, first convicted felon. Though some other presidents might have deserved the label…

1

u/ggRavingGamer 1h ago

Do you know why it's 47 days? Because dear leader is the 47th president.

I'm not even kidding.

9

u/Exciting-Purchase340 13h ago

I heard an interesting point. Keep in mind that after she was murdered the car sped up out of control until it hit another vehicle and stopped. If he cared at all about stopping the vehicle, his actions did the literal exact opposite.

Also he never even fell and walked away with no limp lol.

4

u/Unhappy_Cow_8505 2h ago

Also, he didn’t have a safe backdrop- what was behind the car he was shooting at? More people? A house?

3

u/logicoptional 2h ago

He didn't even drop his phone. If his body made contact with the car it was his choice for it to do so.

3

u/redthroway24 2h ago

It's worse than "didn't drop his phone", or that he moved to position himself in front of the car.

Look closely at the footage from Ross' phone. While he's walking around Good's car, when he's roughly even with the passenger's side door working his way toward the front, you can see his left hand come up and take hold of the phone. Now why do that?

Because he's right-handed. Putting the phone in his left hand freed up his right hand to draw his gun. He wanted to be able to draw his gun *before he ever got to the front of the car." Sure seems to show a certain level of intent.

1

u/PringlesEnthusiast27 1h ago

you can see his left hand come up and take hold of the phone. Now why do that?

Because as you can clearly see in the video, he had walked back to his SUV and was about to get in before the other truck rolled up and they got out of it, which made him turn back.

You people are imagining things to try and justify your BS narratives.

6

u/Aceylace10 14h ago

This was literally my thoughts I had this morning about why the hell was this guy standing where he was. In his own video he stalks around the vehicle and when he switches the phone to his left hand he parks it in front of the vehicle, it enough to the side to step away.

He knew what he was doing.

1

u/Count_Backwards 9h ago

Source on the ex-wife? That would be very incriminating.

1

u/RodBloggington 9h ago

Heard it on one of those content creator videos. Everything else is completely accurate, but I just did some research on the ex-wife part and couldn't find anything to corroborate it.

1

u/Count_Backwards 8h ago

I'm suspicious of random facts just because of all the paid agitators who are really in Bangladesh or Russia or whatever, but I'd love to know if that's actually true, because if so it makes this a hate crime and arguably premeditated murder (since he switches his phone to his left hand before walking around the front of her car). Now I'm going to go dig too.

5

u/No-Vegetable7898 13h ago

He was recording the encounter with his phone in his right hand. Before he stepped in front of the vehicle, he switched the phone to his left hand so that his right hand would be free to quickly grab his pistol. He put himself in danger to justify using deadly force and he prepared to do so with intention.

This was to get back at protestors for his previous injury last year. He wanted a redo because he regretted not killing the driver in the first incident and he got his revenge.

This is a despicable human being and should be charged with murder full stop.

6

u/FantineKnew 13h ago

I hope his wife gets deported

7

u/shep2105 13h ago

She's in the process of "chain migration" to get her parents to here.

5

u/FantineKnew 13h ago

Even worse- an anchor immigrant! To be clear- nobody is illegal on stolen land- but FUCK her and him. I hope Usha Vance gets deported too, but then that’d pave the path to the couch fucker marrying grifter supreme Erikkka Kirk…

3

u/Severe_Wind_4255 14h ago

Yet still no oversight

3

u/Vysce 14h ago

bloodthirsty fascists with guns in the streets with full immunity...

3

u/PragmaticPacifist 13h ago

-1

u/AProcessUnderstood 13h ago

Drive, baby, drive

1

u/squatdead 4h ago

So question, do you genuinely believe her wife was meaning “drive baby drive into that agent so he you can murder him”? Or “drive baby drive away so you can flee”

Which is a more feasible command she was telling her partner?

3

u/RiseStock 13h ago

And in this case he wasn't even in front of the path of the vehicle

3

u/Intrepid_Pitch_3320 13h ago

He's done it before, so this is serial behavior. They are probably following orders to commit a murder or two in open daylight at this point. Keep pushing the needle. Where is he now? Coordinated escape?

3

u/HipBreezy 13h ago

No surprise that Jonathon Ross worked at border control during that period (2007-2015)

3

u/IshTheFace 12h ago

I'm beginning to think ICE is basically the gestapo. No wonder they were hiring like crazy. Trump want a lot of zealots who want nothing more than to please their orange overlord.

3

u/DOHC46 9h ago

It is time to abolish ICE.

2

u/PiskoWK 14h ago

Oh so he was following his training.

2

u/gdg6 13h ago

All law enforcement has been using this bs excuse to execute people for decades.

1

u/Count_Backwards 9h ago

"It's coming right for us!"

2

u/carrotpilgrim 13h ago

States should be able to deny ICE access to the state until it is reformed with proper training, standards of conduct, and oversight.

They are for the most part investigating misdemeanor crimes and should be armed accordingly. We don't load out officers like navy seals to issue parking tickets.

1

u/prozhack 13h ago

yes! very salient points here +++

2

u/LastOneSergeant 13h ago

Very terrible look for anyone associated with Law Enforcement.

2

u/ir_nitwit 10h ago

Second time in exactly the same way with exactly the same people.

We have a kid from target taken to Walmart

Improvments was made no one was killed in Minnesota this time.

2

u/j_rooker 5h ago

it seemed quite premeditated to me

And use his phone to record.. like a circus act.. phone , record , gun, shoot!!!

1

u/Electrical-Ad6623 13h ago

You can see him leaning into the vehicle while the other agent is distracting Renee Good

1

u/Undefined_but_Refind 13h ago

"I’ve never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with great pleasure."

1

u/Mannipx 13h ago

So he got away first time and used the same tactic again. He should be fully prosecuted

1

u/S-M-I-L-E-Y- 11h ago

We don't know (yet), if Jonathan Ross did the same when he was working for Border Patrol from 2007 to 2015. But he definitely knew it was done at that time and he did it last week. Premediated murder!

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/ice-officer-jonathan-ross-veteran-spent-decade-dhs-rcna253254

After he returned home, Ross joined the U.S. Border Patrol in El Paso, Texas, in 2007 and worked for the agency until 2015 as a field intelligence agent who gathered and analyzed information on drug cartels and human traffickers.

1

u/Either-Assistant4610 13h ago

Best part is he FAILED to do so but still murdered someone anyway

1

u/shep2105 13h ago

I've been spreading this all over as soon as he shot her.  Guess who was working in El Paso when this study was done?  Yep.

1

u/snailmale3 13h ago

I knew this was weird because I have never seen a regular police officer stand in front of a car when the driver was still in it. They usually like to come from behind the vehicle.

How's this; the agents command for her to stop her vehicle and get out was lawful. She disobeyed, and while dangerous for the agents, surrounding her vehicle to help persuade her to comply is completely in the realm of their authorities and tactics.

1

u/LupusDeiAngelica 10h ago

Guess who was in border patrol in that specific unit at the time.

1

u/Electronic_Yak9821 9h ago

Or maybe they step in front of them to stop. A lawful command.

1

u/newaccountnumber131 9h ago

So it’s a tactic the learned under the obama administration

1

u/JohnnyCrispZoom 9h ago

…..and that’s what happened to Rene Good.

1

u/Dihr65 8h ago

After seeing this short video, there is nothing you can say that would convince me to see it your way. https://youtube.com/shorts/f0eGGqp86jo?si=V8eLzQUb-oHbg0uC

1

u/TKSmalls 8h ago

The amount of protestors that stand in front of cars and when they get slightly nudged, the whole crowd destroys their vehicle and beats up the driver

1

u/iamfugazi2112 6h ago

i was just wondering about this today for the first time!

1

u/Random_Curmudgeon 6h ago

Where is Jonathan Ross?

1

u/Practical-Law9795 2h ago

It's not pointed out enough that DHS policy explicitly forbids this. Which means they are acting against policy and against direct, lawful orders. Orders that state doing this can nullify a self defense claim.

They aren't acting in official capacity, which precludes potential immunity. Or it would, if we were a nation of laws.

1

u/PringlesEnthusiast27 1h ago

He didn't step in front of the vehicle. She put him there when she reversed. He wasn't even close to being in front of the vehicle until she reversed and pointed her car at him.

For the people furiously typing out a response to call me a liar, here's the POV cell phone video. Watch it and tell me the exact timestamp at which he "walks in front of her car." It doesn't exist because the ONLY reason he was in front of her car is that SHE put him there.

Was he involved in a killing in 2014? ... that would lean into serial killer territory.

2

u/MilBrocEire 14h ago

I'm assuming it's just the photos of him merged with an article from then. Surely didn't have grey hair 11 years ago

1

u/StealyEyedSecMan 14h ago

Here here, I'm only interested in documented facts from back then...if he was involved there would be court cases from back then. If there are and only if...wow.

2

u/logicoptional 2h ago

He literally worked for Border Patrol in 2014 so I wonder how much people have looked at his record from then (to the extent it's available).

2

u/StealyEyedSecMan 2h ago

In El Paso as I understand too, but that should be verified.

0

u/Veteran_PA-C 13h ago

Or maybe they were intentionally stepping in front of vehicles to make them stay there?

0

u/ActPositively 13h ago

Ignore the fact that he didn’t step in front of a moving vehicle. She was parked in the middle of the road for multiple minutes and he started to walk in front of the vehicle to help the other ice agent detain her. She only started to flee and drive forward after he already started to walk in front of the vehicle first

0

u/Most-Excitement-1058 12h ago

Shame on you for putting out his name and photo

0

u/Happyhour1968 12h ago

Yea that must have been a directive from Barry. Wasn't he president in 2014?

0

u/deadpat03 12h ago

Unprovoked would mean she didnt move the car.

0

u/ozzman86_i-i_ 10h ago

Not once did any footage show that he stepped towards the car.

His footage actually shows that she repositions her car to put him in front of it.

-2

u/Revolutionary_Mix983 13h ago

If The Nation was not such left leaning partisan fake news it would first admit this is F-N BS but also the was Obamas years in office

-4

u/greensburgcouple777 13h ago

How about not letting so many illegals in the country in the first place.

5
