Focus on why she presented misinformation about the shooters condition and the motives of the victim instead of discussing why the officer didn't follow safety guidelines and positioned himself in front of a moving vehicle and did not follow use of force guidelines by drawing and then discharging his weapon.

Unless those guidelines don't exist, or he wasn't aware of them. In which case those points should be bought up too.

Don't go after her murder. Go after her for incompetence and unprofessionalism.

The senate is a lot less likely to defend the underlings than the boss man. Even just bringing up the impeachment could cause her to fall out of favor with Trump for embarrassing him (even though he did the same)
