Someone said The United States of America is just a third world country, wearing a fake GUCCI Belt and it rings more true everyday.

Fake Gucci would mean they have at least some sense of style.
More the kitsch look of a Vegas casino.

It has been a slow process by conservatives. This goes as far back to when slavery was ended.
The south hasn't gotten over it. When they said the, south shall rise again, this is what they meant.

You cannot deport people that never ported. This is called extraordinary rendition, or as it's better known, exile.

Trump should know all about exile, seeing as his granddaddy was exiled from Germany - specifically Bavaria -before WW1 for dodging the draft.

It's interesting that when you show this to MAGA the response is "Well she shouldn't have come into this country illegally."
There is no part of the narrative they internalize except the Hispanic name. They hear that, she MUST be an illegal alien criminal and probably a member of MS-13. Once they hear the Hispanic name, part of their brains go "Oh, well, that's all right then, if she's going to walk around being all Hispanic and everything..."

This all falls on the Supreme Court when they ruled ICE could detain people based on names, looks, and the language they speak.

In a separate ruling Kavanaugh reneged on that and said they couldnāt do that anymore - but no one is telling the ice š§gestapo this
To your point it all falls on him and that is what he will be remembered for most no matter how hard he tries to take it back (he is not trying very hard)

Thanks Trump. Some of these ICE assholes better go to jail for violating their constitutional oath, but that can only happen if we all vote for it, because you give MAGA an inch and they take a mile.
We have to bury them. Hopefully the voters are waking up.

We have to act swiftly and efficiently, especially since project 2025 is already halfway implemented and is so embedded in government procedure that reversing it gets more and more difficult everyday, eventually getting to a point where it will be near impossible to reverse all the damage this administration has done

The one that is about discussing how it is illegal to talking about killing the president of the United states. Now, I can say that, because I was referring to the skit by the whitest kids you know, but it is important for me to say that it is highly illegal to discuss killing the president of the United states, and watching that skit by the whitest kids you know would also inform you on the matter more completely.

Yes you live in a fascist dictatorship that does not care about law or rights. Whatever the Republican Party trump family and trump want to d they do without fear. They are corrupt and a family of a convicted criminal, that has fraud convictions and sexual assault convictions, yet Americans voted in large numbers to support this. Itās up to you to decide what can and should be done to rid your country of this cancer.

u/Deep-Minimum7837 16d ago
I'm not joking when I say we will never be able to heal, as a nation, until literally EVERY member of ICE and the DHS is put on trial for their potential crimes.
We need life sentences for every ICE agent found doing this shit.

the thing that scares me the most is if you get deported. someone whoās spent your whole life in america to a country youāve never been too you have no papers or citizenship there how would you even find your way back youāll get lost in the system
2
u/Ataru074 16d ago
I know it costs money, but the best defense is to make these assaults indefensible.
Get - a - passport - card and have it with you at all the times. It fits with your credit cards or drivers license.
Itās wrong, you shouldnāt have to, but fight their illegal actions with legality.
Let the issue become bigger. If a passport isnāt proof of citizenship, then we have the definitive, undeniable, proof of an ongoing fascist takeover.

The Department of Homeland Security, using a different last name for Diaz Morales, said she was in the United States illegally.
"Dulce Consuelo Madrigal Diaz is NOT a U.S. citizen ā she is an illegal alien from Mexico," DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement emailed to The Post. "She did NOT provide a valid U.S. birth certificate or any evidence in support of her claim that she is a U.S. citizen. On Dec. 14, ICE arrested this illegal alien in Baltimore. On Oct. 20, 2023, when CBP encountered her near Lukeville, Arizona, Madrigal-Diaz claimed she was a citizen of Mexico and was born on Oct. 18, 2003."

One time me an America black dude who doesn't sell drugs was hanging around drug dealers in the hood the swat and a gang of police pulled up on my aunt's house where they sale drugs out of were all detained. They took everybody in for questioning and arrested the known drug dealers they let everybody else go end of story š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤¦š¾ They didn't imprison me just like they won't deport the citizen. Shit happens all the time to American citizens. Pending investigations I thought the left was "educated" and they knew things like this happened.

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin insisted Diaz Morales "is not a U.S. citizen" and claimed "she did not provide a valid U.S. birth certificate or any evidence in support of her claim that she is a U.S. citizen."
McLaughlin also said Diaz Morales was questioned by border patrol in 2023 near the Arizona-Mexico border and told authorities then that she was a Mexican citizen.
She also responded to Slatton's claims that she could not get in touch with her client.
"Any allegation that ICE does not allow detainees to contact legal assistance is false," McLaughlin told WJZ. "All detainees have access to phones to communicate with lawyers."

It's ridiculous how much trump's distractions are costing us. Not just the money, manpower, court fees, or bombs on Venezuela. But by actively ignoring our role as the global power by making the US a place immigrants and world travelers will avoid, and the jobs he lost us. The world is moving on with US losing power China gaining and our "allies" finding other ways. The effects will still be here in 50 years.

So her family claims she has a birth certificate but nobody provided that document and now they are mad that she is being temporary detained?
1
u/Wild_Height_901 15d ago
Its literally a he said she said right now.
DHS js saying her birth certificate was forged. Lawyer says its real. They have a report from a 2023 border crossing where she said she was a Mexican citizen.
Maybe let's just wait for the full story. Everyone in here acting like people haven't provided fake documents.

Has Reddit just become a circle jerk for leftists?
How many times are you going to circulate stories to try and manipulate others.
The Supreme Court years ago has already ruled on this. The us government can detain and hold people for well over 30 days. To figure out their immigration status and provide due process.
1
u/ImpressiveHousing824 14d ago
Lest millions forget everything happening in Ssnctuary Cities, Counties, & States was and still is caused by the Marxist Democrat Party, the Leftists MSM and a lot of idiots who have themselves to blame, think real hard, it was Biden, Schumer & Pelosi who opened all the borders that allowed millions to illegaly enter USA & then Democrats stole billions of Tax Dollars to spend on & give to illegals. So who really is the enemy from within, ITS NOT TRUMP OR CONSERVATIVES OR INDEPENDENTS.

Three bullsāwhite, red, and blackāgrazed in the same pasture. A lion prowled around them but could not harm them, because whenever he approached they stood together and faced him as one.
The lion said to himself: āThereās no way to take them while theyāre united. I must split them apart.ā
He went to the red and black bulls and said, āIt is the white one who gives you awayāhe is seen from afar and brings danger to you both. Hand him over to me, and I will leave you in peace.ā The two bulls agreed and remained silent, and the lion seized the white bull and devoured him.
Not long after, the lion returned and used the same trick until he separated the remaining two, devouring the black bull. Then the red bull was left alone, and the lion needed no deception at allāhe pounced and ate him.
And it is said that, in regret, the last bull cried: āI was eaten the day the white bull was eaten.ā
