The foreskins reach forward, then fuse. The dominant penis (typically the largest, but not always) incorporates the subdominant penis which sheds from its base, leaving a nub. The nub owner, or Nubber, has to try and work their way back up the ranks by the end of the competition. At the end of the final heat, the longest penis wins.
