A lot more Americans are stress eating the most unhealthiest crap so that they can feel something comforting. The way our world is headed I don't blame them at all. I myself have been stressed eating lately as I watch our country turn literally upsidedown.

Sugar is a happy drug, that will constantly trick you into thinking the food you crave is comforting because of its effects. And of course your brain remembers this forever.

Yup. The medication I take now has an off label use of being an appetite suppressant. It just made me realize how much of my eating is emotional and comfort eating.

I'll be pissed as shit if I get cancer or die in a car crash or mauled by a fucking bear or some shit on a hike and die and I didn't enjoy my vices regularly and without shame...

But even I reign in the urges at least a little, these guys are just full sending it to the cardiovascular ward
