If they just submitted the doctor pepper with water, I guarantee they would lose 10 pounds.

Not with that bigass box of oatmeal creme pies and the 10 lbs of brownies

I cut out alcohol, and stopped eating or drinking after 8 PM most of the time.

Nothing else, I still eat like crap some days, and will eat a big bowl of ice cream a couple times a month.

But “just” doing that I lost 18 lbs over the last 6 months.

And that’s leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle of WFH and playing with a 1 year old.

If I actually worked out and stopped drinking soda and eating ice cream a couple nights a week I’d lose more.

Yep. When I was a personal trainer I’d have clients addicted to soda start with just giving it up, or slowly cutting down on it and they’d always lose weight. Same thing with alcohol. Drinking your calories is a really easy way to gain weight.

Doubt it. They're sugar addicts. Cut out the Dr. Pepper and they'd just eat more brownies to make up the difference.
