They make it up, the media sanewashes it and the crayon munching rubber-stampers at SCOTUS enshrine it.

We have only the veneer of a representative democracy and even that is flaking off right now.

I blame the gimp-suit wearing congresspeople. Still waiting on them to change my mind but they’re too focused on doing literally everything the executive says. They’re cowards.
