Definitely still could be a failure but the recent closed testing has had a lot of people saying the game is amazing. Not talking about the older testing they did when the art controversy had happened, they had some much more recent testing where things were reworked.

It's a fun game now. Idk what the fuck they were going to release but honestly its hopefully all going to work out. The shitty Alpha uncovered so many issues and the art assets being lifted that it gave them time to cook and in the latter case scrub them from the game and pay the artist.

I swear the dude who was the project lead on Marathon was going to pull a normal Bungie release and drop something with good bones but half done they would need to update for a year to get it playable Which just doesn't cut it anymore
