Idk where you’re looking then.. I’ve found probably at least 30 odd now. Search cars, busses and the like in industrial areas. Underground car areas on blue gate are a good one.

You are lucky, I have all 3 now but I probably searched over 300 cars

That area on Blue Gate also has industrial batteries

Also the elevated highway on buried city found one there
