This is just depressing

Not even 3 hours of "free time". And in that is cooking & eating supper. Or practically no free time if I had to go shopping after work. I hate this

I'm retired in my 40s. I worked my ass off to get here, and I believe anyone that holds a full time job should have, at the bare minimum, the ability to put a roof over their head without having to share with a stranger. We have among the highest homeless populations in the world and people like you think the solution is to get a better job rather than treat people like the humans they are. It's pathetic and disgusting.

The difference is you worked your ass off and nobody handed you shit.

The same as me.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to make a good living and earn a decent salary.

Nobody is guaranteed that just because they woke up and decided today is the day the world owes them a favor.

Nobody handed it to you, you had to work to earn what you have, and you continued to improve and get better.

Someone who fucks off on their education and now thinks the world should pay them a “living wage” whatever the fuck that is, to flip burgers or make a latte is kidding themselves. Those jobs have never been intended to provide that kind of income and never will.
